how fast do you ship?
We work to fill orders as quickly as possible. We have several shipping options, including standard ground shipping and express shipping. Pricing and options may vary by product. If time is running short, you can select curbside service and pick up your order in plenty of time for the holidays.
do you ship bicycles?
We can ship some new bikes but not all bike brands are eligible for home shipping. You can, however, order your bike online and pick it up in-store for free at your convenience.
how do I return my order?
If you have an issue with your product for any reason, give us a call give us a call, within 14 days of receipt of product, to see if it can be resolved.
how do I apply a promo code?
You’ll be given the option to apply a promo code during checkout. Many deals will be automatically calculated for you without a promo code.
